The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) proudly announces the inauguration of a new pavilion at the University Road End of the National Bank Stadium. PCB marking a significant milestone in its mission to enhance cricket facilities across the country.

Completed in just four months this modern pavilion boasts world class dressing rooms for players and officials along with premium hospitality spaces. The rapid construction reflects the dedication and efficiency of the team behind the project.

Beyond the pavilion the stadium has undergone extensive upgrades to improve the experience for both players and spectators. Over 350 LED lights have been installed to enhance TV broadcasts. Two large digital screens and more than 5,000 new seats have been added to elevate the viewing experience.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi actively oversaw these developments making frequent visits to ensure timely completion. With the help of approximately 5,000 had workers. The team has transformed the stadium in preparation for the tri-series and the ICC Champions Trophy 2025.

Karachi known for producing some of the country’s finest cricketers now has an upgraded venue that aims to inspire the next generation of talent.
